For your consideration is this Green Northwood Carnival Glass Wild Strawberry Plate.
Wow this is a nice one that has a silver overlay, very odd. The plate is signed. It is in good condition with no cracks or chips, it does have a piece of ash imbedded in the glass, see photos. It measures 9 1/8 inches in wide and 1 1/2 inches tall. See photos.
